Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

  1. All sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed.
  2. Digital products are instantly accessible, making them ineligible for return or refund.
  3. Refunds are not available for:
    • "Change of mind" purchases
    • Compatibility issues with a Buyer's device
    • Lifetime updates after an update has been received

2. When Refunds Are Allowed

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Corrupt Files:
    If the digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, the buyer must first contact the seller for a resolution. If the seller does not provide a functional replacement within 7 days, a refund may be granted.
  2. Misrepresentation or Incorrect Product:
    If a product description is misleading or does not match what was delivered, the buyer may request a refund. Buyers must provide evidence (e.g., screenshots) showing how the product differs from the description.
  3. Duplicate Purchases:
    If a buyer accidentally purchases the same product multiple times, they may request a refund for the charge.
  4. Unresponsive Sellers:
    If a seller does not respond to refund requests within 10 days, SpotsGuru may step in to mediate. Refunds will be granted at SpotsGuru’s discretion.

Refund Request Process

  1. Buyers must first contact the seller to request a refund.
  2. If the seller approves the refund, they will process it via Stripe Connect.
  3. If the seller denies the request or does not respond within 10 days, the buyer may escalate the issue to SpotsGuru for mediation.
  4. SpotsGuru will review the case and may grant or deny the refund at its discretion.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed via Stripe, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in the buyer’s account, depending on the payment provider.

5. Dispute Resolution

  1. Buyers should always attempt to resolve issues with the seller first.
  2. If the seller is unresponsive, SpotsGuru may mediate, but we do not guarantee refunds.
  3. SpotsGuru reserves the right to suspend sellers who repeatedly fail to address legitimate refund requests.
  4. Disputes involving payment fraud or chargebacks must be handled directly with Stripe.
